Daily morning and evening yoga practices: Mikaela leads a 1.5-hour “Magic Morning” Vinyasa flow that blends yoga philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and journaling, each day centered around a unique intention that carries through the rest of the day. In the evening, wind down with 75-minute sessions ranging from Yin and gentle Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga and Yin + Yoga Nidra.

A holistic method that uses the power of sound frequencies and vibrations to promote wellness on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. It incorporates different techniques and instruments to help restore equilibrium and harmony within the individual. This practice often includes meditative experiences where sound is used to induce relaxation, enhance mental focus, and create a peaceful state of being.

This workshop guides you to create a travel-size vision board that helps you clearly visualize, manifest, and channel energy into believing in and achieving your goals and desires. You’ll explore meditation, goal-setting, and creative expression along the way.

A 45-minute afternoon Pilates class designed to activate deep muscle groups, synchronize movement with breath, and energize the entire body!

We’ve got your transportation covered. Once you land at the San José del Cabo airport (SJD), we’ll take care of your shuttle to Tribu (venue) in Todos Santos. Please book a flight that arrives between 1:00-3:00 PM on February 24. We’ll have two comfortable shuttles, each with space for 10 guests, and will coordinate departure times based on everyone’s arrival schedule.

For your return home, please book a flight departing on March 1 anytime between 3:00PM-5:00PM or onward. If your flights fall outside of these times, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation, as it will be outside our scheduled shuttle service.

Mikaela will set up a WhatsApp group 1-2 months before the retreat, offering guidance on flights and coordinating travel plans.
